Check out on Facebook“Letraset The DIY Typography Revolution” is a touring exhibition developed at the Sheffield Institute of Arts by Pam Bowman and Matt Edgar. At the core of the exhibition there’s the will of bringing back the handcrafted process of typography to young creatives. Letraset is here seen not just as a nostalgic practice, but most likely as an illustrative tool which has lately become a precious and limited resource.
In 2019 year Gallery had the great chance to design the exhibition set up in the Viale Cassala location, and to host the opening talk thought and promoted by Pam Bowman.
For the exhibition, we collaborated with our technical partner Fedrigoni, who provided the paper thanks to which visitors played applying Letraset, producing their customised exhibition postcards.
