A dialogue in between Maria Angela di Pierro e Marta Inversini
Tue 7th February – Doors open at 6:30 pm. Talk at 7:00 pm
Born from the experience of the MOSTRO Festival, Ritratti Grafici (Graphics Portraits) s is the third book in the Quaderni series of the Formentini Laboratory. The book, curated by Maria Angela Di Pierro and Marco Sammicheli, aims to represent a (necessarily partial) picture of the Italian graphic design community. At the same time it builds a space for debate between different schools of thought, an exchange of ideas and comparison between different positions and languages.
Parco Gallery hosts the dialogue between Maria Angela di Pierro and Marta Inversini. The book created the opportunity to reflect on the legacy of MOSTRO Festival, to talk about the current state of health of the Italian graphic designer profession and the need for moments of reflection, exchange and aggregation within the Italian graphic scene.
The event is organized together with Fondazione Arnoldo e Alberto Mondadori as part of the series that will also host the presentation of Ostinata bellezza written by Luca Pitoni
